We are Nock, an online office solution where you can create an online workspace with virtual rooms, messaging, invitations and much more. Nock is developed by Effsee AB, incorporated under company number 559339-7416. These terms and conditions apply to any registered user of Nock.

By using Nock you accept and must comply with these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms you may not use Nock.

We are constantly trying to improve Nock and our services, so these Terms may need to change along with updates and services. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time, and if you use Nock after a change to these Terms we will assume you are still in agreement with them. Revisit these terms in order to stay up to date with them.

Please note that Nock is designed for users 18 years old and over. By using Nock, you need to confirm that you are over 18.

Usage of Nock

A personal user account can be created at our website https://nock.live. As a Nock user you can create and access rooms with online video calling, as a Nock user you can use all features that are included in your subscription. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our services at any time

To use Nock you should fulfill our recommendations on having up to standard hardware, software and an internet connection fulfilling certain recommended requirements, for the platforms as (Mac)MacOS Mojave or later, (Windows) Windows 10 and if using the web version of Nock we support Google Chrome and Safari. If you do not meet these recommendations, you can most likely still use Nock. However, this could be at a lower quality.

We reserve the right to take down Nock as a service for temporary maintenance, and will do our best to inform users beforehand via Email or our website or application. You as a user also acknowledge that Nock can be inaccessible for periods due to server shutdowns, hacker attacks and other unexpected reasons.

Account

Nock requires an account to access most features, and the user is responsible for entering and maintaining the correct information during signup. Impersonating someone else or using another users account is prohibited, and the user is responsible for keeping their sign in details safe. We can change or update your Account at any time, without notification.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for content created and uploaded on Nock, and the contents lawfulness. We reserve the right to remove any content we think does not comply with the law or our terms of use. If you see any content that does not comply with this, please notify us at info@nock.live.When using Nock you acknowledge that you can be exposed by content that does not comply with the law or our terms, and understand that Effsee AB does not support or represent opinions or content posted by users on out platform. Nor will we be liable for content posted on our platform.

Restrictions

Effsee AB reserves the right to handle data we have reason to believe is necessary for legal purposes or to enforce our terms. If we deem any content to be prohibited by law, or find any usage suspicius activity we reserve the right to hand over any data needed to local authorities.

Costs of Nock

Nock is currently free to use, we are planning on adding subriptions for payment in the future, and reserve the right to remove access to features that are only included in subscriptions you are not paying for.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

Nock and our services are not error-free, and by using our services you acknowledge that there may occur errors which limit your access to Nock and our services. You use Nock at your own risk and discretion. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to the availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, performance and quality of Nock or our service. Nor will we be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising while using Nock

Indemnity

By using Nock, users acknowledge and agrees that Nock is provided "as is", without any warranties. The user also agrees to indemnify Effsee AB against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses that may occur to the use of Nock and our third party services.

Complaints and technical issues

If any technical issues occur while using Nock it is the users responsibility to notify us using our email info@nock.live or through our feedback form, we will try to respond to any issues within 30 days.

Intellectual Property

All content and source code in Nock is the intellectual property of Effsee AB (or affiliates) and you may under no circumstances copy, modify, sell or redistribute any material associated with Nock for commercial or personal use without our explicit written consent.
